Summary
This study looks at whether therapeutic gardening can help depressed teenagers who hurt themselves. 66 teens with depression and non-suicidal self-injury will take part in gardening activities like planting and caring for plants. The goal is to see if this reduces self-harm, improves mood, and boosts sleep and confidence.
