Could radio waves help shrink breast tumors before surgery?

Summary
This study tests a device called TheraBionic P1 that uses radio waves to target cancer cells. It is given to people with early-stage, hormone-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer before their surgery. The goal is to see if the device can reduce the number of cancer cells left in the breast after treatment. About 24 people will take part.
