Summary

This study aimed to understand how THC, the main active compound in cannabis, changes how immune cells work at a genetic level. Researchers gave THC to 56 people, some with HIV and some without, to measure changes in their genes and immune proteins. The goal was to gather basic knowledge about how THC interacts with the immune system, especially in people living with HIV.
