Could a Cannabis-Derived pill ease your back pain?

NCT ID NCT06454669

Summary

This study is testing whether a pill containing synthetic THC (the main active compound in cannabis) can help reduce chronic low back pain. About 75 adults with long-term back pain will take either the THC pill or a placebo (sugar pill) daily for 8 weeks. The main goal is to see if the treatment is safe and well-tolerated, which will help decide if larger studies are warranted.
