New thai delirium check could speed up diagnosis for hip fracture seniors
NCT ID NCT06504251
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tested a Thai-language version of a simple delirium checklist (DDT-Pro) in 110 older adults with hip fractures. The goal was to see if it works as well as the standard diagnostic method, without needing special training. If accurate, it could help doctors spot confusion faster in elderly patients after hip surgery.
