Summary
This study tested a Thai version of a simple tool called DDT-Pro to diagnose delirium in older adults with hip fractures. Delirium is a common complication that can cause confusion and worsen outcomes. The tool is designed to be used without special training, making it easier for doctors and nurses to spot delirium quickly. Researchers compared it to the standard diagnostic method in 110 patients at Siriraj Hospital.
