Summary
This study tested a Thai-language version of a simple tool called DDT-Pro to diagnose delirium in older adults with hip fractures. Delirium is a common complication that causes sudden confusion. The tool is designed to be used without special training. Researchers compared it to the standard diagnostic method in 110 patients at Siriraj Hospital.
