Summary
This Phase 3 trial tests a new topical solution called TH07 for male pattern baldness. It combines three active ingredients (minoxidil, finasteride, and latanoprost) to see if it grows more hair than standard minoxidil or a placebo. 420 men aged 18-49 with moderate hair loss will apply the treatment daily for 24 weeks, and hair growth will be measured using special photography.
