Summary
This study tests a new gel (2-Deoxy-D-ribose) against the standard hair loss treatment, minoxidil, in 60 adults aged 18 to 50 with mild to moderate hair loss. Participants will apply either the gel or minoxidil to their scalp daily for 6 months. The goal is to see which treatment is better at increasing hair density and improving hair growth.
