Summary
This study aims to see how well the drug tezepelumab works for adults with chronic nasal polyps, with or without asthma, in real-world medical settings. It will follow 110 participants in Russia for about a year to measure changes in their nasal symptoms, asthma control, and overall quality of life. The goal is to understand the drug's effectiveness and usage patterns outside of a controlled clinical trial.
