Looking back: how did a new asthma drug perform in real patients?

NCT ID NCT07013760

Summary

This study looked back at the medical records of 420 patients in Spain with severe, hard-to-control asthma who were treated with the biologic drug tezepelumab. The goal was to understand the real-world characteristics of these patients and see how the treatment affected their asthma control, quality of life, and symptoms after the drug was approved for regular use. It was an observational study, meaning researchers collected data on what happened in normal clinical practice without changing the patients' care.
