Can a simple text stop cancer from coming back?

Summary

This study is testing if personalized text messages can help head and neck cancer survivors quit drinking alcohol. Drinking increases the risk of the cancer returning. Researchers will enroll 138 survivors and send some of them supportive text messages for three months to see if it helps them stay alcohol-free and improves their quality of life.
