NCT ID NCT04513080

Summary

This study tested whether unlimited text-based therapy is as effective as traditional weekly video therapy for treating depression. Over 1,100 adults with depression participated, receiving either daily text therapy or weekly video sessions. The research also explored what treatment options work best for people who don't respond well to their initial therapy approach.
