Do videos or pamphlets teach liver patients better?
NCT ID NCT07216807
Summary
This study aimed to find out whether written text or video is a better way to educate patients about cirrhosis, a serious liver condition. Researchers randomly assigned 218 adults with cirrhosis to receive educational materials in one of these two formats. They then measured how much each group's knowledge improved to see which teaching method was more effective.
