Can daily text messages ease the emotional toll of early memory loss?

NCT ID NCT07420426

Summary

This study is testing whether automated, personalized text messages can help people with mild cognitive impairment manage their mood and behavior symptoms. The messages deliver Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, a type of psychological support, and are sent based on each participant's preferences. Researchers will compare this approach to a control group receiving general mental health information via text to see if the personalized therapy messages are more effective.
