Summary
This study is creating and testing a text message program to support family caregivers after their loved one with dementia is discharged from the emergency room. The goal is to see if regular, supportive texts can help caregivers feel more prepared and less burdened during the transition home. Researchers will enroll 80 caregivers to test if the program is easy to use and helpful.
