Summary

This study looks at whether an electronic safety plan and supportive text messages are helpful and acceptable for adults who recently had suicidal thoughts or actions after leaving the emergency department. About 120 participants will use the text program and share their feedback. The goal is to learn the best way to offer this support and improve outcomes after discharge.
