Can testosterone therapy be safe for men with prostate cancer?
NCT ID NCT07278362
Summary
This study aims to find out if testosterone replacement therapy is safe for men who have both low-risk prostate cancer and low testosterone levels. It will follow 35 men who are on active surveillance for their cancer to see if the testosterone treatment causes their cancer to worsen. The main goal is to check if the cancer progresses more quickly or if men need to switch to more aggressive treatments within a year.
