Testosterone trial targets fatigue in older men with cancer

Summary

This study tests whether testosterone replacement can ease fatigue and improve sexual function in men aged 55 and older who have cancer and low testosterone. About 230 participants will receive either testosterone or a placebo for several months. The goal is to see if this treatment helps them feel less tired and have a better quality of life.
