NCT ID NCT03887936

Summary

This study is testing whether testosterone gel can improve bone strength and reduce fracture risk in men who have both type 2 diabetes and low testosterone. Researchers are enrolling male veterans with both conditions to receive either the testosterone gel or a placebo gel for one year. The goal is to see if the treatment activates bone renewal and leads to stronger bones.
