This study tests whether a cream containing both testosterone and estrogen works better than estrogen alone to reduce pain during sex for women with vulvodynia. About 44 adult women with moderate to severe pain will use one of the two creams daily. The goal is to find a more effective way to ease this chronic pain condition.
