Summary
This phase 2 trial is testing two antibody-drug conjugates—trastuzumab deruxtecan (Enhertu) and datopotamab deruxtecan (Dato-DXd)—in people with HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer whose disease has worsened after prior antibody-drug conjugate therapy. Participants will receive one drug first, then switch to the other if needed. The study aims to see if these drugs can shrink tumors or delay cancer growth. About 357 people will take part.
