This phase 2 trial is testing two antibody-drug conjugates—trastuzumab deruxtecan (Enhertu) and datopotamab deruxtecan (Dato-DXd)—in people with HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer whose disease has worsened after prior antibody-drug conjugate therapy.
