Summary
This study tests two antibody drug conjugates (datopotamab deruxtecan and trastuzumab deruxtecan) given one after the other in people with HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer that has worsened after prior treatment. The goal is to see if this sequence can shrink tumors or slow the disease. About 357 participants will be enrolled, and the study is currently recruiting.
