Scientists hunt for the 'Active Ingredient' in therapy for debilitating MS fatigue
NCT ID NCT06809192
Summary
This study aims to figure out which specific parts of a proven talk therapy are most effective at reducing severe fatigue in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Researchers will test three different therapy components—relaxation training, activity scheduling, and changing unhelpful thoughts—delivered remotely to 112 adults with MS. The goal is to create a shorter, more efficient treatment that is easier for patients to access and complete.
