Scientists test blood pressure drug for clues to ALS energy problem

Summary
This is a small, early-stage study to check if a drug called terazosin is safe for people with ALS and if it can raise their cellular energy (ATP) levels. Researchers will measure energy in the blood and brain of about 20 participants over 12 weeks. The main goal is to gather information to guide future research, not to treat ALS symptoms.
