NCT ID NCT07438197
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at two popular recovery methods—TENS (mild electrical pulses) and foam rolling—to see which helps elite female volleyball players recover better after intense exercise. Thirty players from Iran's Premier League did a tough leg workout and then used one of these methods or rested. The researchers measured muscle damage, jump height, and soreness over 48 hours to compare the approaches.
