Zap your back pain? study tests electrical therapy

Summary
This study is testing if a non-drug treatment called transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) can help adults with chronic muscle-based low back pain. 40 participants will receive TENS therapy five times a week for four weeks. Researchers will measure changes in pain levels, back function, and quality of life to see if the treatment is safe and effective.
