This study looked at 60 people aged 40-65 having rotator cuff repair surgery. Half had their biceps tendon cut (tenotomy) and half did not. The goal was to see if cutting the tendon improves shoulder function and pain. Researchers used questionnaires and ultrasound to compare results.
