Summary

This study looks at whether combining a hands-on soft tissue treatment with specific shoulder exercises can improve how the shoulder blade moves and reduce pain in tennis players who have shoulder impingement. About 36 players with mild to moderate shoulder pain will be treated and measured before and after. The goal is to see if this approach helps them move better and feel less pain.
