First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether combining a hands-on therapy that releases tight muscles with specific shoulder exercises can improve how the shoulder blade moves and reduce pain in tennis players with shoulder impingement. About 36 tennis players with mild to moderate shoulder pain will be enrolled. The goal is to see if this approach helps them move better and feel less pain during play.
