First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tested two non-surgical treatments for tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) in 177 adults aged 18 to 50. One group used blood flow restriction training, which involves light exercise with a cuff to limit blood flow, while the other used Mulligan's technique, a type of manual therapy. The goal was to see which better reduces pain, improves grip strength, and helps daily function.
