500 cancer patients to help unlock secrets of head and neck tumors

Summary
This study is for 500 adults with advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinoma who are starting standard immunotherapy. Researchers will collect blood and tumor samples over time to study genetic and immune markers. The goal is to better understand which patients respond to treatment and why, without providing any experimental therapy.
