Summary
This study tests whether adding a targeted drug (olaparib) to a standard chemotherapy (temozolomide) can better control advanced triple-negative breast cancer that has a specific genetic marker (MGMT methylation). About 40 adults with this cancer type will be randomly assigned to receive either the chemotherapy alone or the combination. The main goal is to see how many patients have their tumors shrink or stop growing.
