NCT ID NCT03866109
First seen Feb 09, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This trial tests a new gene therapy called Temferon for glioblastoma, a fast-growing brain cancer. It involves taking a patient's own blood stem cells, modifying them to produce an immune-boosting protein, and giving them back after chemotherapy. The study includes up to 27 patients whose tumors have a specific genetic marker (unmethylated MGMT). The main goal is to check safety and find the best dose.
