Summary
This trial studies whether giving anti-seizure medication to comatose patients who have brain seizure activity after cardiac arrest can improve their recovery. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either standard care alone or standard care plus a stepwise anti-seizure treatment. The study measures functional recovery and healthcare costs to see if the treatment makes a difference.
