Summary
This study is testing two different remote training programs to see which one better helps service members who have had a mild brain injury improve their emotional health. The 8-month program involves video sessions and surveys to help participants better understand and manage their emotions. Researchers aim to find the most effective way to support emotional recovery for those struggling after a concussion.
