First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether balance training done at home via video calls works as well as in-person sessions for postmenopausal women with osteoporosis. Sixty women aged 50-70 with low bone density and balance issues will be randomly assigned to either remote or traditional training. The goal is to see if telerehabilitation can improve balance and reduce fall risk, making treatment more accessible.
