First seen Apr 05, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study tested whether regular phone calls from a nurse could help people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) manage side effects and stick to their full chemotherapy plan. Sixty patients starting a common chemo combo (FCR) received the calls. The goal was to see if this support reduced dose delays or cuts and improved quality of life.
