NCT ID NCT07556783
First seen May 06, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tested whether a structured phone call from a medical student could encourage people with uncontrolled high blood pressure to bring a home blood pressure log to their next doctor's visit. 170 adults with high blood pressure were randomly assigned to receive the phone call or usual care. The main goal was to see if more people in the phone call group had a blood pressure log recorded in their medical chart after 90 days.
