Sleep apnea study tests High-Tech CPAP tracking

Summary
This study tests whether remote monitoring of CPAP machines helps people with severe sleep apnea use their therapy more regularly. About 200 adults who are new to CPAP will either get standard care or have their device tracked remotely via an app. The goal is to see if digital support improves adherence, sleep quality, and daytime alertness.
