Can video calls save stroke patients in rural hospitals?

Summary
This study is testing whether connecting local hospitals with stroke specialists via telemedicine improves treatment for stroke patients. It involves 2400 patients at basic-level hospitals across China. Half the hospitals will get remote guidance from expert stroke centers, while the other half will use their usual care methods.
