Summary

This study tests whether telemedicine can help smaller hospitals with limited resources treat acute ischemic stroke more effectively. Researchers will compare outcomes for 2,400 patients who receive care with or without remote expert guidance. The goal is to see if telemedicine improves recovery and speeds up treatment.
