First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 04, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study looked at whether using telemedicine (video calls), connected watches, and symptom tracking apps can help women with advanced breast cancer who live far from their cancer center. Fifteen women took part, and researchers measured their quality of life after 6 and 12 months using a standard questionnaire. The goal was to see if remote monitoring could make care more convenient and improve well-being.
