Virtual program aims to help brain injury survivors shed pounds and boost health

NCT ID NCT05699772

Summary

This study is testing whether a proven weight loss program can work just as well when delivered by video call to people who have had a moderate to severe traumatic brain injury (TBI). The goal is to make the program more accessible, especially for underserved groups. Researchers will see if participants can lose weight and improve health markers like blood pressure and cholesterol through this remote, year-long program.
