Virtual checkups after surgery: just as good as the real thing?

NCT ID NCT07420114

First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Aug 11, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study will compare patient satisfaction between telehealth (video or phone) and in-person follow-up visits after minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. About 100 women will be randomly assigned to one of the two follow-up methods. The goal is to see if virtual visits are as satisfying as traditional clinic visits, which could save patients time and travel.
