Summary
This study tests whether a special brain training program, delivered either in-person or via telehealth, can improve attention and thinking skills in veterans with mild traumatic brain injury and PTSD. About 63 veterans will participate. The goal is to see if the remote option works as well as in-person sessions, making it easier for rural veterans to get care.
