Summary

This study tested whether using telehealth (video chats with doctors) and smart pill bottles can help breast cancer patients take their hormone therapy pills more consistently. About 305 women and men with early-stage hormone-sensitive breast cancer took part. The goal was to see if these digital tools improve medication adherence and quality of life.
