Virtual help for cancer Caregivers' hidden burden
NCT ID NCT06709404
Summary
This study tests whether a telehealth program can help reduce stress, depression, and financial strain for people caring for loved ones undergoing a major cancer surgery and heated chemotherapy. Researchers will enroll 50 caregivers and provide half with a one-hour virtual session connecting them to helpful resources before the patient's surgery. The goal is to see if this support improves caregivers' quality of life and ability to cope during a difficult time.
