New telehealth program aims to help autistic children—and their Parents—Sleep better
NCT ID NCT07435740
Summary
This study is testing whether a structured, parent-led coaching program delivered over video calls can help improve sleep in autistic children aged 3 to 7 who have significant insomnia. Researchers will compare this intensive coaching to a more general sleep education program to see which is more effective. The goal is to reduce bedtime struggles and improve sleep quality for the child, which may also help lower stress for parents.
