Summary
This study is testing a brief telehealth program designed to help older women with breast cancer in underserved areas better manage their pain. Participants will learn coping skills in one main session followed by five short check-in calls. The goal is to see if this approach reduces pain severity and interference while improving quality of life and confidence in managing pain.
