Summary
This study tested whether gut-directed hypnotherapy delivered via telehealth can help manage gastrointestinal symptoms in adults with disorders of gut-brain interaction. Eleven participants completed group hypnotherapy sessions and surveys about their symptoms, anxiety, and mood. The goal was to see if this approach could ease discomfort and improve quality of life.
