New virtual therapy aims to help LGBTQ+ community heal from trauma and alcohol use

Summary
This study is creating and testing a brief, online therapy program specifically for LGBTQ+ people who have experienced trauma and struggle with alcohol use. In the first part, participants help design the program to make it relevant and affirming. In the second part, some participants will try the free virtual therapy with LGBTQ+-affirming therapists to see if it helps reduce PTSD symptoms and alcohol use.
